Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend. Really doesn't deserve any stars! I strongly recommend keeping your children away.

I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. He was rude and said people with my type of insurance never show up to there appointments... But i showed up and if he cleaned my teeth at all i do not know but he filed on my insurance that he did. Also got a filling done there and with in 2 weeks half of it fell out. Had to go to Patrick Henry to get it replaced...

He told me that I needed a crown and that my insurance wouldn't pay for it. Wanted to charge me over $800. cash. I went to another dentist and my insurance paid for it with no problem whatsoever. This guy is a scam artist. No wonder his office is always empty. Me and my family won't be returning to this quack.

I wish I could give this guy zero stars. I saw Dr. Parsell for the first time today for a yearly check up. He didn't have his dental hygienist see me first for the cleaning, instead he walked right in, polished my teeth (roughly until my gums were swollen and bleeding), and told me I was good to go. He skipped all of the other steps that are generally associated with a cleaning.I expressed concern that my one and only filling that I had done years ago was now cracked and sore. He said people's teeth crack as they age and just to ignore it. Now hours later I'm home with sore teeth and I'm dealing with my insurance company to cover another cleaning with a different dentist. I will absolutely not see Dr. Parsell again.

Just don't do it. You have a better chance of fixing your teeth yourself then him doing so from the sound of it
