I used to hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Carpenter and his team makes the experience enjoyable. From the receptionist to the checkout, the entire staff makes you feel at ease. I don't dread going to the dentist anymore.
Took my 2-year old. Very friendly and cute kids room!! He laid there by himself and watched Mickey. He was very comfortable and had a good 1st experience!!

As always, I have been received with professional friendliness, my wait time is minimal, and I am comfortably situated in the dentist chair, which gave me a gentle massage! The hygienist (Jessica,I think) was gentle but thorough. I believe Dr. Carpenter (my dentist) and all the professionals at Dental Excellence are making sure they do everything possible to keep their clients teeth healthy.
Our wonderful experience(s)--I've taken my son 3 times now--begins from the moment you walk in the door. The receptionist is super friendly, and takes notice of my little one standing beside me. We wait (not long at all), watching a movie in the kids' area of the lobby. The dental assistants are all friendly, talkative, and interested in who we are as people--not just patients. Then there's our hygienist! Sara, you are amazing! Now, my son is super chill as long as momma is by his side, but he truly wouldn't even need me there. Sara is spectacular! My little guy looks forward to going to the dentist! Is this real life? Definitely try them out! Take that from someone who avoided the dentist like the plague until I found Dental Excellence!
