Horrible and i mean HORRIBLE nasty people to work for. How can you treat anyone like that ..that works for you!!!! I was yelled at , fingers in my face and yelling at me to be quite when im trying to ask something or telling me shes gonna end up hitting if I dont get something right. Joking matter or not that's no way to talk to anyone. And then have the nerve kim to tell a customer that he cant have a cigarette break and had to wait for his wife and kids and refused him to walk out your building after they paid to eat their. That's holding someone in the restaurant against their will. This is the nastiest restaurant iv seen also. They dont sweep or mop everyday only once a week and the bathrooms get cleaned once a week. To me with this restaurant being that busy it should be cleaned every day especially the bathrooms. Worse boss in the world and worse restaurant to work for Hills Family Restaurant in Napoleon Ohio please spend your money some where else that is actually a real family restaurant !!!!!
