This Taco Bell likes to close 10--15 minutes early. I can understand 5 minutes but it takes 2 minutes to make a taco...the standard doesn't change and if your business advertises that it closes at 2 am I expect to be able to order a taco at 1:50/1:45. Glad to know this is the new standard so that I can adjust myself!
Twice in two days I have visited this store. The first experience left me in the drive through for 20 min. When I got to the window, the staff was polite but didn't say anything about the backup. They did however tell the people ordering behind me that there would be a 15 min delay. The second stop I went inside. I waited 7 min for my change because the young lady didn't have ones. She stood there looking off at the other people working there waiting for someone to help her. I finally asked what the issue was, she said she was one dollar short and needed ones. I asked, could she just give me 4 quarters? She was stunned and confused. She gave me the quarters and I was on my way. This seems like a poor management situation and lack of support and training.
More like SLLLOOOWWW FOOD! The food is good, and the service kind but it is the slowest of any fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I've consistently had to wait in the drive through for more than 20 min.
Have not gotten "fast" food from this location for a while. Wasn't that bad when they first reopened from the remodel but has been going down hill since. If you go in summer time bring a sweater because it's usually freezing inside.
Worst Taco Bell ever reported to corporate the manager hung up on me. Three times I have bought food here and three times I had to complain. The put together food like they are giving to a dog or animal from the wild. Manager is willing to replace food but who has time to go back and keep on getting food made again. Hope upper management comes and checks this store out. I have worked for Taco Bell as a evening Shift manager before in California this is not how you treat customers anyways people be adivesed and hope someone doesn’t get sick and people check your food before you leave other wise it’s a waste of money and time.
