My husband and I went to Snyder to trade in our Buick Regal for 2 vehicles. We have never had such a hassle sales experience. We've always went to the same dealer here in Defiance, but chose Snyder since they had exactly what we were looking for. We purchased a GMC Terrain and Sierra. We had to make an appt to pick up both vehicles, which is fine. Upon arrival, we were told that the Sierra wasn't even ready. We could only take the Terrain. Our sales team never even told us in advance. I had to ask for a loan vehicle for my husband, since we were told he'd have to come back and pick it up the next day. It wasn't even offered to us.
The next day, at the end of the day, we were told the Sierra was still not ready. It'd be the next day. Still wasn't ready. We didn't get the Sierra until 3 days after.
Worst sales experience ever. We will not purchase a vehicle from here ever again. We will stick with Defiance.
Great place to buy a truck. They understood my needs.
We had to ask to have the Terrain detailed twice.
I drive past 4 Northwestern Ohio Chevy dealerships to get to Snyder and my experience has made the drive well worth it!

Snyder's body shop did an excellent job repairing the dent in my back liftgate. Then they went over and above the call of duty by sweeping the interior, and washing the exterior.
The service at Snyder's is excellent. They always accommodate my travel schedule when I get my regular service and this week they gave me a loaner car while they checked for a gas leak on my car. There was not even a charge for that visit.
That was the last straw. I sent a complaint email with no response.
We had left a necklace in the review mirror of our Buick. We called right away when we realized we left it. Our sales team went to "look into it." Called us back and said "Technician said he hasn't seen it."
Snyder's has been a valuable member of our community for decades. I appreciate them.
Both vehicles were given to us with only a quarter of a tank of gas.
